ProLocal SMS Terms & Conditions

Program Name: ProLocal SMS Notifications

Opt-In Method: Users may optionally opt in to receive SMS messages by entering their phone number and checking a voluntary consent checkbox during account registration at app.prolocalapp.com/join-as-pro or app.prolocalapp.com/auth. Providing a phone number is optional. The SMS consent checkbox is optional and not pre-selected; users must actively choose to check it. Users can create an account and use ProLocal without providing a phone number or opting into SMS.

Message Types: By opting in, you consent to receive the following types of SMS messages from ProLocal:

One-time verification codes for account authentication
Quote request notifications when a homeowner requests a quote
Account updates and service-related alerts

Message Frequency: Approximately 1–10 messages per month based on your account activity. You may receive messages when verification is needed, when new quote requests are submitted, or when important account updates occur.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any ProLocal SMS message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Help: For help, reply HELP to any ProLocal SMS message or email support@prolocalapp.com.

Data Sharing: ProLocal does not sell, rent, trade, or share phone numbers or SMS consent/opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates. SMS messages are delivered through Twilio, which acts solely as our communications infrastructure provider and is contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than delivering messages on behalf of ProLocal. We do not participate in data brokering, lead selling, or any affiliate data-sharing programs.

Join ProLocal as a Service Professional

Create your free ProLocal profile to connect with local homeowners. During registration, you may optionally provide your phone number to receive SMS notifications. If a phone number is entered, a voluntary SMS consent checkbox appears. The checkbox is not required and not pre-selected. Users must actively choose to check it. The consent checkbox includes the following disclosure:

"I agree to receive text messages from ProLocal including account verification codes, quote request notifications, and account updates. Approximately 1–10 messages per month based on account activity. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. View our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service."

ProLocal does not sell, share, or provide opt-in information, phone numbers, or any personal data to third parties or affiliates.
